Sometimes even the reps themselves give out the wrong info. How far past the expiration date are you? I’d try calling and asking for some sort of goodwill adjustment. I’m sure they have all the phone lines recorded and can pull it up if they wanted.

Even if they say they will not expire, they will when they are set to! Citi will not give them back to me even when the reps gave me the wrong info!
