Sadly I agree that I had planned on traveling during 2020 and put most of it on hold because the destinations were all pretty much “Locked Down”. Instead of “WELCOMING” the most loyal and “let’s get away customers” they are being punished. Not a good CUSTOMER SERVICE “WE CARE” look for SW Airlines.
