Hi Rid,

I’m not too familiar with this requirement, but I did a quick search in online forums and found a few people who were able to be approved for a Wells Fargo credit card despite being a non-resident, non-permanent resident.

They did however, have to go into a branch, and already had an established banking relationship with Wells Fargo.

Doesn’t says anywhere in the disclosure though.
